Formed in November 2002, FunDays is a registered charity supporting ‘out of school hours’ facilities and activities for children and young adults with physical disabilities, severe and profound learning disabilities and those with complex health and medical needs.
With a mission to improve the quality of life for these young people, the charity offers activities that ensure they have the opportunity to take part in exciting and stimulating community activities.
Often feeling isolated and rejected, their personal circumstances could mean that life opportunities are limited and their chances to develop and sustain friendships are restricted. FunDays provides a wide range of pursuits to promote greater inclusion in the community, enhancing their self esteem and allowing them to become more empowered in their lives.
